Thank you so much for this video. As someone doing UI/UX design, it's very important for my practice that when preparing interview questions, that we avoid leading questions. It's for the very same purpose that you highlight in the video. One suggestion that I have for a better presentation next time, is to fix the audio quality. I couldn't hear a lot of the consultation that you gave as an example even with my earphones. Other than that, it's a solid video, and I enjoyed it.

I like your videos! They’re quite useful. Please keep up the good work.
Is there an updated video with better volume and not from 5+ years ago?
The only reason I am non compliant is because since I learnt during the C 'pandemic' that vaccines, medicines and cosmetics have all been tested with cell lines cultured from human embryonic kidney cells, and that apparently, the labs are still harvesting for newer cell lines because contrary to common belief, the cell lines are NOT immortal, even though they last a long time, I stopped taking my bp medication about 18 months ago. I know there is a connection with the food industry but I cannot starve to death. However, if I die of a stroke, heart attack or get kidney failure etc, at least as a prolifer, I did my best to not support the disgusting practices behind testing. It concerns me that although there is a current 'need' for lab testing, this issue is NOT BEING ADDRESSED. Another thing that bothers me is the coercions and manipulations from the governments and pharma companies implying how wonderful all the products are like miracle cures for otc meds for backache, pains, eye drops, and so forth, all the crap in air 'fresheners' cleaning products, and haircare, dental care, sanitary care, and so forth. synthetic foods, chemical additives and so forth. The list is endless. All this junk we are using all so the pharma/science can get richer and richer, at the cost of our health, wellbeing, mentally and physically. Despite all the atheists out there and other non spiritual persons who think religion is a load of rubbish, not to be forgotten is although I do not judge anyone else for their choices, I personally do have a Spiritual conscience and think the greater issue is to stop using HEK293 and similar to test our consumable products and medications. This is not being addressed. I am not 'non compliant', I am Pro Life !
Great attempt.🎉

Non Compliance I don't like that phrase it's dictorial When a doctor puts you on Rivaroxaban 20mg for 6 years with no face to face reveiw in that time once a year then you find out that Rivaroxaban is
Complience or adherance - I had 20 mg of Rivaroxaban for 5 years with not one reveiw appointment and also I found out that this amount shoukd not have been taken after 6-12 months and that is a year ago with not one phone call or communication from them only a pharmacist phone call to ask about the meds of which I told him my thoughts - I now perscribe Myself 2 75mg of Soluble Aspirin a day So much for adherence that goes for doctors and patients no more nose bleeds or back pain or urinary problems. Actually all treatments including medication are given by consent not complience or adherance
@MRrp3xr Absolutely well said! ....."consent, not compliance" ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is so important to recognise that we have the right to autonomy rather than to yield to this bullying tactic.
Could have had better audio...
Liked it
Very helpful…., thank you
the best out there..
What happens if you have faced an adverse outcome as a consequence, and a misinformed, a decade ago not so much was known about the subject or not enough awareness on the topic. It's more tragic than to be faced with such a situation when patients are young, then they may not understand the risks. The internet offers a plethora of advice, what guidance is there to go for the or wise choices. Once you learnt you learn.
Your videos are game changer in my practice, i have taken an assesment last week and the feed back from the examiners was excellent specically in building rabort with my patients. I cant thank you enough sir. I failed 😞 the same test in 2021 due to lack of comm skills and since i found your videos i have been practicing, i felt that i gained control over the consultation and managed to gain my pts trust. I am sharing your channels with my colleagues becouse they all lack the skills. Keep up the good work.
Wow, that's such wonderful feedback, thank you so much! Glad to hear that our videos have been helpful for you and hopefully your colleagues will find our videos helpful as well. None of us are perfect, but we have to try! - C4H Team
Your videos are amazing. Thank you

Thanks for creating a difference. Your videos saved the day without me going in to details
Thank you Viola, we're glad you're enjoying the content !
Thank you so much
amazing! very informative, thank you
Thank you sir
REALLY HELPFUL.
This video is about communication skills but the presentation is totally unengaging - surely you can do better than a talking head with the occasional visual aid.
Thank you for your feedback Nigel; in our more recent videos, we have incorporated more aspects to make them more engaging and as informative for our audience. Please feel free to check them out!
Damnnn why u so rude lmfao
I don't agree really. The patient should be upset because of her situation.
Absolutely, we wanted to portray different scenarios using the same patient. Thank you for your comment!
Nurse or scribers are nt required in future??
Hi there, thank you for your comment! I'm not sure I fully understand the question. If you could expand a little more on what you're asking, we'd love to be able to give you some more information :)
Wat abt clinical exmination ? , so nurse will not require in future isnt it??
Hi Harshada, I'm not sure I understand your question fully. The video was referencing Telephone consultations, where a physical examination wouldn't be possible. This has become more common within the UK due to the pandemic. Hope this helps :)
Very useful. Keep doing such content Good luck
very valuble information and channel please more real patient doctor communication senarios with demonstration of the pitfall and positives thank doctor
Thank you for the suggestion, we will look into this!
Sorry struggling to hear you great content just can't hear it my volume on max
Hi Paul, we do apologise for the low volume, we have taken this on board and ensured our recent videos are loud and clear for our viewers, thank you for the feedback!
The video is very good. It is really help me understanding the concepts better with the explanation during the conversation. I can get exactly what the points are at that specific moment. Thank you very much!
This comment has made our day! We are glad this video has been helpful and thank you for the support Yiyi!
Your videos are supbb , but it will be great if u increase the sound. Even with the full volume it's difficult to hear🥺
We do apologise Tamanna, we have taken this feedback on and increased the volume in our recent videos, thank you for the support!
Thank you
The vedio is greatly informative. But, is it possible to put accurate subtitles or try reducing the rate of speech of the patient and health care worker? The accent can be quite challenging for those whose first language is not English and they are unfamiliar with the presented accent. Hope you might consider. Thanks again for the vedio.
We appreciate your feedback, it's very important to us! We are aiming to have accurate subtitles in all our videos to make it as inclusive as we can, so if they aren't published with the video, they will be updated within a week of the release, we hope that has resolved the issue!
@@Consultations4Health thank you

This is amazing, I failed my assessment because I didn't have enough communication skills and now I feel really empowered .

Is SDM only abput health and care or can it apply to everyday decisions as well, such as helping a person with dementia to decide what to eat. Is this an example of SDM or not?
Hi Ajay Ajay, this is an excellent question! The example you gave surrounding food and a patient with dementia is a great example of SDM. The decision can include both the care giver and patient, allowing the opportunity for each person to suggest their thoughts and opinions e.g. "maybe you could eat some veg today as well as your fish?".
@@Consultations4Health Hi, thank you for replying. So, you say this is an example of SDM. Do you mean "shared DM or "supported"? As I thought that shared DM was to do with healthcare (treatment, surgery etc) decisions. Please can you clarify this as I thought that everything else as per my example, would be an example of supported DM.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts
Need to adjust the volume in all of your videos. Cant hear very well with full volume.
Hi there! Thank you for letting us know, we appreciate the feedback.
Nice video brother
All videos are brilliant, could you please make a video regarding how to deal with the angry patient.
Hi there, thank you for the kind words! We are going to be releasing some new content soon, including how to deal with an emotional patient (including analysis of an angry and upset patient consultation), so stay tuned!
